All wait time calculations use the least amount of medical information necessary, and only basic appointment information such as patient phone number and appointment time are moved outside the clinical premises. All other private medical information does not leave the clinic servers. Furthermore all patient data is deleted from our databases within 24 hours and are not shared with anyone outside the organization.
